Frequently Asked Questions
We happily accept returns in their original condition (unused, unworn, and unaltered) with tags and liners attached for either a refund or an exchange. All return requests must be made within 14 days after the date of delivery. The refund or exchange will be processed within 14 business days from the date the package is returned.
Items that are purchased on sale cannot be returned or exchanged, and no exceptions will be made for any fit or sizing issues. We will refund any returned items with store credit so you can easily pick out your next bikini, swimwear, or one piece.
Send us an email at email@example.com, with your name and order ID and which products you will like to return. We will send you a return parcel that you can print out and stick it on your package for return.
Shipping is free for all orders in Norway with Bring in the mailbox.
Once your package has been fulfilled, an email will be sent confirming the tracking number. Typically, it takes 2-5 business days from the time you place your order before you receive your package. Please note, we do not fulfil orders over the weekend and any expedited order placed after 12:30pm CEST, will be fulfilled the following business day.
We ship all international packages with DHL. Please note, packages are subject to carrier delays and all international packages will incur taxes by their local government.
No taxes within Norway.
To ensure a long lasting quality, we recommend following:
Hand wash with fresh cold water after use or machine wash at low temperature/lingerie function. Air dry.
Do not machine wash using strong chemical detergents.
Tanning cream or chlorine can damage and discolor swimwear, please use caution when exposing our products.
